Tuesday:

Today all teams had an official practice round. We are just about to leave for a tour of the Pearl River. Please google Pearl River Guangzhou.....it is sensational.

Tomorrow we have an Am/Am tournament. All players get to play with sponsors and those that make this tournament possible.

Wednesday:

Today is the Am/Am tournament. Players get their last look at the course.

The Press Conference starts at 9.30am with all media present.

Thursday

Play is underway. Conditions have changed. It is windy today and the weather temperature has dropped. It is going to be difficult.

Friday

It was a cold morning.......but the wind had dropped from yesterday and the scores showed it.

Tian-Lang Guan, the 13 year boy Chinese sensation, shook off a shaky 76 and shot a 69. Best round of the tournament. He is a super star.

Japan's 13 year old Saya Aono, shot another 73 to lead the 15 year old section. She is a really great player with a future.

Saturday

Moving day...........and the scores are moving. Australia made some great low scores and have bounced ahead of round 2 leader, New Zealand.

Sunday

The weather is perfect........scores are going low and the gun players are under the card through 9.

Team Australia has taken the lead, but the New Zealand team is not giving up.

This tournament is one of the closest we have had.

Su-Hyan Oh wins in a play-off.

Tian-Lang Guan wins and becomes the youngest winner of the tournament, and the youngest qualifier for the Australian Open.
